Initiate calls and ending them using TAPI capable applications like Outlook (or Lotus Notes). Incoming calls will be archived in ActiPOINT (and/or in groupware software like Outlook and/or Lotus Notes). Choose the provider/line you want to use to initiate outgoing calls and manage several calls.
