For works a cursor it is required PHP to version 5 + with support of multibyte codings (in our case support UTF-8 which joins in Denver by editing php.ini with addition of library of expansion php_mbstring.dll), working expansion tokenizer, MySQL with support of type InnoDB is necessary.
