All these operations are available via a graphical user interface with a drag-and-drop support, as well as from command line. No SQL Server enterprise manager is required. The tool is great for the users who have little or no skills of administering MS SQL Server.

All these operations are available via a graphical user interface with a drag-and-drop support, as well as from command line. The tool is remarkably easy to get started with for those users who have little or no skills of administering MS SQL Server. iSetDB is Windows Vista Certified and runs well on the new OS.

iSetDB is distributed in two editions: Personal and Developer. Under the Personal license, the user can install iSetDB on one computer and can manage the unlimited number of databases. It?s possible to create bat files using command line arguments to automate everyday database routine. The Developer license allows the developer to distribute iSetDB in his own software. It provides a ?silent? mode to attach and detach database files, start and stop MS SQL Server, verify, disconnect, and shrink databases. The program supports SQL Server 2000/2005/MSDE/Express.
